Therapy can be incredibly healing...with the right therapist. Let's meet & see if we are a good fit through a free 30-minute virtual consultation.

About Me
Life can often feel like a cycle of patterns we’re desperate to break free from. I work with individuals who struggle to navigate day-to-day emotional challenges and who find themselves in states of emotional reactivity or shut down. If you’re looking for a collaborative, compassionate, and sometimes direct approach—with humor and a shared willingness to embrace life’s messiness—we might be a great fit. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling supported, heard, and equipped with strategies tailored to how your unique brain works.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from The University of Georgia and practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice. I chose social work because of my commitment to social justice, intersectionality, collective and generational trauma, and honoring the diversity of human experiences. Transparency is vital to building trust, so I always welcome questions about my political and ethical perspectives as part of our work together.
Outside of sessions (and my own therapy!), you can find me walking to my favorite local coffee shop, supporting local events and markets with friends, hiking or biking, spending time with my cat and plants, or creating endless music playlists. I deeply value the strength of my communities and feel truly honored to support clients as they navigate their journeys.

My Approaches
In my practice, I tailor therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, offering comprehensive and individualized care.
I often draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients get to know parts of the self to improve internal conflict and enhance compassion, healing, and creativity towards the self. I also utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in a neurodivergent affirming way to support clients in balancing acceptance and change, effectively managing intense emotions, and improving relationships.
Recognizing the importance of the mind-body connection, I integrate trauma-focused and somatic approaches to help clients process experiences holistically. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to empower clients in embracing their thoughts and feelings while working toward meaningful life goals.
Additional techniques include:
-
Attachment-based therapies
-
Somatic psychotherapy
-
Trauma-focused interventions
-
Brainspotting
